What is the Transparent Fish?
The Little Red Scarf is an alliance of non-profit organizations and individuals focused on loving underprivileged children with congenital heart disease in Gansu Province. With over 6,000 such cases each year, Gansu is among the provinces of the highest incidence with less than 20% receiving any treatment. Families cannot afford the surgery, and most children will not survive beyond the age of 10. We sponsor heart surgery, restore health, and provide holistic love and care after surgery so they can lead normal healthy lives. We integrate technology, media, and a transparent platform to serve children in Gansu. By joining, you will be directly connected to the child you help.
